Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
  • 2 white chocolate baking bars (2 oz. each)

Method

  • Line 8 x 8-inch pan with foil.
  • Grease lightly.
  • Melt chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons peanut butter over low heat. Stir well.
  • Pour half of mixture into prepared pan.
  • Let sit 10 to 15 minutes to cool slightly.
  • Melt white chocolate with remaining peanut butter over low heat in small saucepan.
  • Spoon half white chocolate over dark chocolate.
  • Drop remainder of both by spoonfuls on top.
  • Run a knife through the pan in a zig zag. Place in freezer for 1 hour.
  • Break into small pieces.
