Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
- 2 white chocolate baking bars (2 oz. each)
Method
- Line 8 x 8-inch pan with foil.
- Grease lightly.
- Melt chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons peanut butter over low heat. Stir well.
- Pour half of mixture into prepared pan.
- Let sit 10 to 15 minutes to cool slightly.
- Melt white chocolate with remaining peanut butter over low heat in small saucepan.
- Spoon half white chocolate over dark chocolate.
- Drop remainder of both by spoonfuls on top.
- Run a knife through the pan in a zig zag. Place in freezer for 1 hour.
- Break into small pieces.
