Ingredients

  • 2 cups Walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1/8 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Pour the raw walnuts onto a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes (shake pan halfway in for even toasting). Remove from oven and allow them to cool.
  • Once walnuts have cooled, place into a food processor. Pulse 8 to 10 times to break up the walnuts into chunks. Add in the salt, honey, nutmeg and cinnamon. Now blend for 5 minutes, scraping down the sides of the food processor every 2 minutes.
  • Pour mixture into an airtight plastic container or a sanitized mason jar. Enjoy on everything!
