Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 2 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1/4 c. crushed crackers (in large pieces)
Method
- Saute onion in butter until soft.
- Stir in flour and water. Cook over low heat until thickened.
- Blend in shredded Velveeta. Combine sauce and broccoli.
- Add eggs; mix gently until blended. Put in casserole and top with cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
