Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans (hot)
  • 1 (16 ounce) can dark red kidney beans
  • 1 (11 ounce) can corn (or frozen)
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (medium)
  • 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with jalapenos
  • 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing (bottled kind)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans, spicy
  • 14 teaspoon cumin
  • 14 teaspoon dried chipotle powder (optional)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chickpeas
  • 4 teaspoons taco seasoning mix (I use McCormick brand hot)

Method

  • Cook hamburger, onions and garlic till meat is browned.
  • Drain well.
  • Add all ingredients to the crock pot.
  • Stir well.
  • Cook on high for 1 hour then low for 2 hours.
  • Keep on warm to keep hot.

  • tortilla chips.
  • sour cream.
  • shredded cheese.
  • chopped green onions.
