Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. lima beans, cooked
  • 1 (No. 2) can green peas, cooked
  • 1 (No. 2) can asparagus, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. cracker crumbs

Method

  • Heat soups and milk over low heat.
  • Drain lima beans, asparagus and green peas; put into a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
  • Pour soup and milk mixture over the vegetables.
  • Top this with 3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup cracker crumbs.
  • Bake in a 450° oven until brown.
