Ingredients
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. lima beans, cooked
- 1 (No. 2) can green peas, cooked
- 1 (No. 2) can asparagus, cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
Method
- Heat soups and milk over low heat.
- Drain lima beans, asparagus and green peas; put into a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
- Pour soup and milk mixture over the vegetables.
- Top this with 3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup cracker crumbs.
- Bake in a 450° oven until brown.
