Ingredients
- 2 c. sauerkraut
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. diced green peppers
- 1/2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
Method
- Mix kraut and sugar together; let stand 2 hours. Combine other ingredients with kraut mixture. Cover tightly and chill for 2 hours or longer. Will keep for several days in refrigerator.
