Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can low salt corn
- 3 or 4 white potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/3 soup can water
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Brown the ground beef, drain and set aside.
- Drain the liquid from the corn and set aside.
- Cover the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish with a layer of sliced potatoes. Put a layer of the cooked ground beef over the potatoes.
- Put a layer of corn over the ground beef.
- Continue layering the potatoes, ground beef and corn until all used.
- In a bowl, mix the soup and pour over the top of the other ingredients.
- Cover and bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours, or until potatoes are done.
