- 4 oz. uncooked, cholesterol-free noodles (about 2 c.)
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 3/4 c. shredded, low-fat Cheddar cheese (3 oz.)
- 1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions with tops
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Spray square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch) with nonstick spray.
- Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Mix noodles and remaining ingredients.
- Spread in dish.
- Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set and edges are golden brown.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Yields 4 servings.
