Ingredients

  • 4 oz. uncooked, cholesterol-free noodles (about 2 c.)
  • 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c. shredded, low-fat Cheddar cheese (3 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onions with tops
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Spray square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch) with nonstick spray.
  • Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Mix noodles and remaining ingredients.
  • Spread in dish.
  • Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set and edges are golden brown.
  • Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Yields 4 servings.
