Ingredients
- canned chicken (for convenience)
- canned chicken broth (for convenience)
- potatoes
- carrots
- celery
- onions
- pie crust (2 boxes)
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Place chicken and broth into a pan with the potatoes, celery, carrots and onions. Bring to a boil.
- Add mustard.
- Stir in cornstarch. When vegetables are tender, pour over pie crust that has been placed into casserole dish.
- Put remaining pie crust on top and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
