Ingredients
- 1 can whole green beans, cut and drained
- 1 can cut yellow beans, drained
- 1 can red green beans, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
Method
- Drain 3 cans of beans.
- Wash and chop onion and pepper.
- Make a well blended marinade of salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil. Pour marinade over beans, pepper and onion.
- Bean salad must marinate overnight before eating.
