Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
  • 1/4 c. cilantro
  • 1 (10 oz.) tube pizza dough (refrigerated)
  • 4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Method

  • Heat oil in skillet.
  • Add onion.
  • Add garlic.
  • Add beans, salsa and cilantro.
  • Cook 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare pizza dough. Sprinkle dough with 1/2 grease.
  • Spoon on mixture on top of cheese. Cover with cheese.
  • Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
