- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
- 2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar
- 1 cup Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons Pimentos, Mashed And Rough Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Red Onion (white Or Yellow Onion Will Work As Well)
- 18 teaspoons Dill
- 18 teaspoons Celery Salt
- 18 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 18 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
Method
- With a mixer or by hand, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add all other ingredients and blend well.
- Refrigerate until served.
