Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- powdered sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except powdered sugar.
- Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
- Shape rounded teaspoonful dough into 1-inch balls.
- Place 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 18 to 25 minutes.
- Roll in powdered sugar while still warm and when cool.
