Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 anise
- 1 colve
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons red tea
- 2-3 cups water
Method
- Boiling eggs about 5 minutes,let it cool down a little bit ,slightly break eggs
- Meanwhile, add rest of all ingredients to the pot until boilling . add eggs and simmer for 1 hour
- When they done, keeping eggs in pot with soup and leave it room temperture a few hours . ( bring you more flavor~)
- To save : (i will keep soup with eggs ) refrigertor save up to 4 days TO serve: salad/noodle/sandwich/snack....
