Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 anise
  • 1 colve
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons red tea
  • 2-3 cups water

Method

  • Boiling eggs about 5 minutes,let it cool down a little bit ,slightly break eggs
  • Meanwhile, add rest of all ingredients to the pot until boilling . add eggs and simmer for 1 hour
  • When they done, keeping eggs in pot with soup and leave it room temperture a few hours . ( bring you more flavor~)
  • To save : (i will keep soup with eggs ) refrigertor save up to 4 days TO serve: salad/noodle/sandwich/snack....
