Ingredients

  • 1 slice provolone cheese
  • 3 slices tomatoes, sliced thin
  • 2 slices red onions, sliced thin
  • 2 ounces capicola, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices mortadella, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices genoa salami, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons pesto mayonnaise
  • 2 slices multi-grain bread or 2 slices ciabatta

Method

  • Butter one side of each piece of bread and grill until golden brown.
  • Spread 4 tablespoons of pesto mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
  • Pile high with tomato, mortadella, salami, capicolla, provolone cheese and onion.
  • Top with the second slice of bread and serve.
