Ingredients

  • 1- 1/2 pound Hamburger
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Minced Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 can Manwich Sauce
  • 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, Dry
  • 2 cans Green Beans, Drained (15.5 Oz Ea)
  • 2 jars Sliced Mushrooms, Drained (2 Oz)
  • 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Have a 9x13 pan set aside.
  • Brown hamburger in skillet, seasoning it with salt, pepper, Worcestershire, dried minced onion, and minced garlic.
  • Once hamburger is browned, drain well and return to skillet.
  • Add can of Manwich sauce and envelope of Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix.
  • Stir well to combine and let simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Stir in drained green beans and mushrooms.
  • Pour into 9x13 pan.
  • Open can of biscuits and place them on top of the casserole.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of biscuits.
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until casserole is bubbly, biscuits are brown, and cheese is melted, turning a little brown.
  • Serve with a green salad.
