Ingredients
- 1 small honeydew melon, halved, seeded, and flesh scooped out with a melon baller
- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled, halved lengthwise, and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
- 2 tbsp thinly sliced fresh mint
- 2 to 4 tablespoons simple syrup (recipe is in my profile)
- 2 cup green seedless grapes, halved
Method
- Layer melon, grapes, and kiwis in a serving bowl.
- Drizzle with syrup and sprinkle with mint.
- Toss and serve.
