Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef
- 2 lbs egg noodles
- 3 cups beef broth (from cooking beef)
- 3 (8 ounce) jars beef gravy
- 1 lb mushroom
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
Method
- Boil water and then cook beef in water.
- Boil water and cook noodles until al dente.
- Heat beef broth from the beef you cooked earlier and whisk in the flour and 1 tablespoons butter.
- Once that mixture is whisked together and boiling, add in mushrooms, gravy and mushroom soup and seasoning.
- Heat and stir continuously.
- Once it is done, add the beef to the gravy mixture and then cook for about 3 minutes.
- When serving, put noodles on a dish and then smother in gravy/mushroom/beef mixture.
