Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef
  • 2 lbs egg noodles
  • 3 cups beef broth (from cooking beef)
  • 3 (8 ounce) jars beef gravy
  • 1 lb mushroom
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method

  • Boil water and then cook beef in water.
  • Boil water and cook noodles until al dente.
  • Heat beef broth from the beef you cooked earlier and whisk in the flour and 1 tablespoons butter.
  • Once that mixture is whisked together and boiling, add in mushrooms, gravy and mushroom soup and seasoning.
  • Heat and stir continuously.
  • Once it is done, add the beef to the gravy mixture and then cook for about 3 minutes.
  • When serving, put noodles on a dish and then smother in gravy/mushroom/beef mixture.
