Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
Method
- In a large saucepan, mix butter, water and cocoa.
- Heat to boiling.
- Take off heat; add flour, sugar, salt, sour cream, baking soda and eggs.
- Mix well and pour into 15 x 11-inch baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375°.
- Pour icing over warm cake.
