Ingredients

  • 1 can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large banana, cut lengthwise and sliced
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Method

  • Sprinkle dry Jell-O over fruit cocktail in large bowl. Stir until Jell-O is dissolved and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Add pineapple, banana and nuts. Stir gently until mixed well. Fold in Cool Whip and sour cream. Put in a 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate a couple of hours.
