Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 bananas
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 c. whole or chopped pecans
  • 1 small jar cherries

Method

  • Melt 1 stick oleo and pour over crumbs.
  • Mix well and pack on bottom of pan or dish.
  • Beat at least 15 minutes in mixer 1 stick oleo, 2 eggs and 2 cups powdered sugar.
  • Pour mixture over crumbs and cover completely.
  • Layer rest of the ingredients in the order given.
  • Sprinkle with nuts and decorate with cherries.
  • Let set 4 hours or overnight in icebox.
