- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Saute meat and onions.
- Add rest of ingredients and heat on low until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with chips.
