Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Method
- Cream butter and sugar until light. Add beaten egg yolks, flour and nuts. Add dry ingredients, vanilla and milk. Put in pastry-lined pie pan. Preheat oven to 325°. Cook about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
