Ingredients
- 2 doz. eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tsp. cooking sherry
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- paprika
Method
- Beat together eggs and milk.
- Fry slowly in 1 stick of oleo. Heat together soup, water, sherry and mushrooms.
- In large glass pan, 9 x 13-inch, lay eggs, then soup, then Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 360°
- for 1 hour.
