Ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter (no substitutes!)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Method
- Melt butter and add garlic and onion. Saute until soft.
- Add spinach. Cook about 5 minutes. Add crab and cheese.
- Heat through. Serve hot with crackers.
