Ingredients

  • 2 (16 ounce.) cans refried beans
  • 1 (1.25 ounce.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (6 ounce.) carton avocado dip
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) can minced ripe olives, well liquid removed
  • 2 lg. tomatoes, diced
  • 1 sm. onion, finely minced
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies, well liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • Tortilla chips for dipping

Method

  • Combine beans and seasoning mix.
  • Spread mix into a 7x11 baking dish.
  • Layer remaining ingredients in order listed.
  • Cover and chill up to 24 hrs.
  • Bring to room temperature to serve.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
