Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 c. firm margarine
Method
- Cook broccoli until almost tender.
- Place broccoli in ungreased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
- Heat oven to 400°. Beat soup and milk with hand beater until smooth.
- Pour over broccoli.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Mix bisquick and margarine with fork until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over cheese.
- Bake until top is light brown, about 20 minutes.
