Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 large onion, Sliced
  • 3 12 cups tomatoes (no.2 1/2 Size Can)
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 18 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 -2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 (8 ounce) can mexican style beans (I use red beans)

Method

  • Brown Together: Ground Beef, Green Pepper, Sliced Onion.
  • Drain fat.
  • Then Add: Tomatoes, Salt, Cloves, Paprika, Chili Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Bay leaf.
  • Simmer for 2 hours, adding water if necessary.
  • Before Serving Add: (I add about 30mins before done) Pinto beans, Mexican beans.
