Ingredients
- 3 lb. lean ground beef
- 24 oz. medium picante sauce
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 7 oz. can (or two 4 oz. cans) chopped green chilies
Method
- Cook meat until nearly done.
- Drain grease.
- Add other ingredients; stir while bringing to a boil.
- Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
- Serve with chips from fondue pan (or crock-pot).
- If you want hotter, use "hot" picante sauce.
