Ingredients

  • 2 big flat cans bean dip
  • 3 medium avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • 1 large bunch scallions
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cans ripe olives, chopped
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • round tortilla chips

Method

  • This dish is assembled in layers.
  • Spread bean dip in 10-inch pie plate.
  • Mix next four ingredients and spread on top of layer one.
  • Mix next three ingredients and spread on top of layer two. Each of next four ingredients serves as a layer, in order found in ingredients list.
  • Serve with round taco chips.
