- 2 big flat cans bean dip
- 3 medium avocados
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco mix
- 1 large bunch scallions
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cans ripe olives, chopped
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
- round tortilla chips
Method
- This dish is assembled in layers.
- Spread bean dip in 10-inch pie plate.
- Mix next four ingredients and spread on top of layer one.
- Mix next three ingredients and spread on top of layer two. Each of next four ingredients serves as a layer, in order found in ingredients list.
- Serve with round taco chips.
