Ingredients
- 1 lb. zucchini
- sea salt
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Method
- Wash and trim zucchini.
- Cut into slices, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Drop them into a saucepan containing a little boiling, salted water and cook until soft.
- Stir over a gentle heat to dry out.
- Add sour cream.
- Stir until well mixed and heated.
- Add chopped chives and serve.
