Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp (26 to 30 count)
  • 1/2 c. teriyaki marinade and sauce
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • garlic (optional)
  • pepper (optional)

Method

  • You will need an aluminum throw-away pan.
  • Put teriyaki, butter, garlic and pepper in pan; set aside.
  • Peel uncooked shrimp. Place in separate bowl.
  • Place pan on grill at medium to medium-high heat.
  • When butter has melted, place shrimp in pan, turning at all times.
  • When shrimp is evenly pink on both sides, and still tender remove from heat.
  • Ready to serve.
