Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp (26 to 30 count)
- 1/2 c. teriyaki marinade and sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 stick butter
- garlic (optional)
- pepper (optional)
Method
- You will need an aluminum throw-away pan.
- Put teriyaki, butter, garlic and pepper in pan; set aside.
- Peel uncooked shrimp. Place in separate bowl.
- Place pan on grill at medium to medium-high heat.
- When butter has melted, place shrimp in pan, turning at all times.
- When shrimp is evenly pink on both sides, and still tender remove from heat.
- Ready to serve.
