Ingredients
- 1/3 cups Water
- 1/3 cups Lower-sodium Soy Sauce
- 2-1/2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
Method
- 1. Mix the water, soy sauce, brown sugar, cinnamon and garlic in a bowl.
- 2. Lay the meat you are using flat in a small casserole dish. Pour teriyaki marinade all over, covering the meat.
- 3. Allow to marinate for at least 2 hours, and as long as overnight.
