Ingredients
- 2 ounces tequila
- 1/2 ounce anise-flavored liqueur (i.e. sambuca, pernod)
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- club soda
Method
- Combine Tequila, Anise and Lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass over ice.
- Top with a splash of club soda.
