Ingredients

  • 150 grams Peeled shrimp
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 dash Thyme (dried)
  • 1/2 an egg's worth Egg white
  • 2 tbsp Katakuriko
  • 2/3 tsp Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 dash Lemon juice
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Alfafa sprouts (or lettuce and some other kind of sprout)
  • 2 Your favorite bread
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard

Method

  • Finely chop the onions and mince the garlic.
  • Place in a microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, microwave for 1 minute at 500W, and let cool.
  • Cut the shrimp into 1 cm chunks, and smash with a knife to increase their viscosity.
  • It is an easy job if you use the back of a knife.
  • Add the ingredients from Step 1 and the ingredients marked to Step 2 and mix.
  • Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  • If the mixture is too thin, adjust by adding flour.
  • Remove the skin, pit the avocado, and cut into 2~3 cm cubes.
  • Use a fork to mash into a paste, add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and combine.
  • Divide the meat mixture from step 3 into 2 equal portions, and shape them into circular patties.
  • Quickly rinse the alfalfa sprouts in water and pat dry.
  • Mix the ingredients marked with together.
  • Heat vegetable oil over a medium heat, and cook the patties from step 5 until golden brown.
  • Cover after flipping them over, and take them out after cooking for an additional 2~3 minutes.
  • Cut the bread in half, spread half of the avocado paste on the bottom bun, layer the alfalfa sprouts and shrimp burger in that order, and cover with the sauce.
  • Make the other burger in the same manner.
  • Place the top bun on top and they're done.
