Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 11/2 cups chopped onion
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 egg whites beaten
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 12 chopped sun-dried tomatoes, drained of oil
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped rosemary, or 1/2 teaspoon dried, crumbled
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried, crumbled

Method

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  • 2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix Well.
  • 3. Transfer mixture to a loaf pan and bake until loaf pulls away from sides of pan and top is golden brown, about 50 minutes.
