Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 11/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 2 egg whites beaten
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 12 chopped sun-dried tomatoes, drained of oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped rosemary, or 1/2 teaspoon dried, crumbled
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried, crumbled
Method
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- 2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix Well.
- 3. Transfer mixture to a loaf pan and bake until loaf pulls away from sides of pan and top is golden brown, about 50 minutes.
