- 1 (6 1/8 oz.) can tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 1/4 c. Kraft Free nonfat mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. green onions
- 1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 English muffins, split and toasted
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 8 Kraft Free singles
- nonfat pasteurized cheese product
Method
- Mix tuna, dressing, onions, red pepper and seasonings.
- For each sandwich, top English muffin half with lettuce, tomato and tuna mixture.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Broil 1 minute.
- Top with 2 Kraft Free singles. Broil 1 to 2 minutes, or until Kraft Free singles begin to melt.
- Makes 4 sandwiches.
- Each sandwich contains only 2 grams of fat.
