Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/8 oz.) can tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 c. Kraft Free nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. green onions
  • 1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 8 Kraft Free singles
  • nonfat pasteurized cheese product

Method

  • Mix tuna, dressing, onions, red pepper and seasonings.
  • For each sandwich, top English muffin half with lettuce, tomato and tuna mixture.
  • Place on cookie sheet.
  • Broil 1 minute.
  • Top with 2 Kraft Free singles. Broil 1 to 2 minutes, or until Kraft Free singles begin to melt.
  • Makes 4 sandwiches.
  • Each sandwich contains only 2 grams of fat.
