Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- broccoli stalks
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 red onion or green onions
- 1 lb. bacon
Method
- Break up cauliflower and broccoli flowerets into small size pieces.
- Chop onion into small pieces.
- Slice bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp.
- Drain off fat.
