Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (1 lb.) bag frozen Tater Tots
  • 3/4 can milk (use soup can)

Method

  • Brown hamburger and onion; drain grease.
  • In a 9 x 11-inch baking dish, layer hamburger mixture in bottom.
  • Slice and layer cheese on top.
  • In small bowl, mix soup and milk; pour on top of cheese.
  • Layer Tater Tots evenly over top.
  • Bake at 400° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until Tater Tots are brown.
