Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. frozen onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. frozen chopped green peppers (optional)
  • 1 lb. lean ground meat
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Tater Tots
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Grease baking dish.
  • Cook onions, green peppers and meat until meat loses red color.
  • Spoon off fat.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Spread meat mixture in baking dish.
  • Cover with soup and top with a single layer of Tater Tots.
  • Bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly in center.
