Ingredients
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons salad oil
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 34 cups milk
- 2 eggs
Method
- Mix dry ingredients together, including nonfat dry milk.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- For lighter waffles, separate eggs.
- Beat egg whites and carefully fold into batter.
