- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) tomatoes King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Plus 1-1/2 tsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT DELI DELUXE Mozzarella Cheese Slices
- 2 cans (6 oz. each) tuna, drained, flaked
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1-3/4 cups LIGHT N' LIVELY Cottage Cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
Method
- Cook and stir garlic in oil in large skillet on medium heat until tender.
- Stir in tomatoes, parsley, basil and salt; cover.
- Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in tomato paste and oregano.
- Cook, uncovered, 15 minutes.
- Layer 1/3 of the noodles, 1/2 each of the tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese in 12x8-inch baking dish; cover with tuna, 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese and second 1/3 of noodles.
- Mix cottage cheese and eggs; spoon over noodles in dish.
- Top with remaining noodles, tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
