Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef (I use ground round)
  • 2/3 cup instant potato flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 6 ounces picante sauce (I use 1/3 hot and 2/3 mild)
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt (I use less to make it less salty)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • ketchup

Method

  • Mix ingredients minus the ketchup. Place balls of mixture into muffin pan, and push down to look like muffins. Top patties with ketchup. Cook for 35 minutes at 400 degrees. Meat thermometer should read at least 165.
