Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 or 2 medium onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Arrange chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan so they don't touch.
- Chop onions and scatter over chicken.
- Mix together soup, milk and seasonings.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake at 375° for 60 minutes. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup sliced almonds over chicken for the last 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
