Ingredients
- 3 medium zucchini,cut into small chunks
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups cooked great northern beans or canned, no salt added or low sodium, drained
- 1/4 cup Dr. Fuhrman's Black Fig Vinegar or balsamic vinegar
Method
- Saute zucchini and garlic in 2 tablespoons water over medium heat for 5 minutes or until tender. Add beans and vinegar and cook for 5 minutes.
