- 1 can French-cut green beans, drained
- 1 can English peas, drained
- 6 oz. pimentos, chopped and drained
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 1/2 head chopped cauliflower
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 tsp. celery seed
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large container. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, celery seed, salt and pepper.
- Pour over vegetables and marinate overnight or at least 4 hours.
