Ingredients

  • 1 can French-cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can English peas, drained
  • 6 oz. pimentos, chopped and drained
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped carrots
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 1/2 head chopped cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 tsp. celery seed
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Combine first 7 ingredients in a large container. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, celery seed, salt and pepper.
  • Pour over vegetables and marinate overnight or at least 4 hours.
