Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage (2 1/4 lb.), shredded
- 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. real mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- With a fork, gradually stir vinegar into mayonnaise, keeping smooth.
- Add sugar and salt; mix well.
- Pour over cabbage and mix thoroughly.
- Refrigerate.
- Makes 8 servings.
