Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- juice from 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 4 c. apples, peeled and chopped
- crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. peanuts, crushed
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Method
- Mix first 5 ingredients in saucepan.
- Cook until thickened. Cool 1 hour.
- Combine apples, pineapple, 1/2 cup nuts and Cool Whip.
- Mix together with cooked, cooled sauce.
- Sprinkle top with remaining nuts.
- Chill and serve.
