Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 10 oz. block sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 c. Bisquick
Method
- Mix sausage and cheese together.
- Mix Bisquick until you can form one big ball.
- Add a little more Bisquick if ball is real sticky.
- Make into walnut-size balls and bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
