Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar mild taco sauce
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can each: black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans and corn (whole kernel)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies

Method

  • Brown beef and onions. Drain and put in crock-pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 1 hour on high or until heated thoroughly. When ready to serve, serve with the following toppings: sour cream, grated cheese, green onions, corn chips and diced tomatoes.
